Your details, and what we do with them

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email, postcode, the type of building, what you need, any fan size you picked and your message. We also note the page you sent it from and, if you reached us from an ad, the ad's tracking details.

If you call us, we keep a record of the call and what we discussed.

Why we collect it

• To reply to you, size the fans for your building and prepare a quote or proposal.
• To supply and install the fans, and to handle service and warranty claims.
• To see which of our ads and pages bring enquiries, so we can improve them.

Who we share it with

We share your details only with the people who help us do the work: the installer who quotes and fits your fans, and the services that run this website and deliver our email. We do not sell your details or give them to anyone for their own marketing.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this page.

Keeping it safe

We keep your details only as long as we need them for the reasons above, and take reasonable steps to protect them.
